Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Indian Micro-Fertilizers Manufacturers Association (IMMA) (‘Trust’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), a registered trust in India, having its office at 2nd Floor, Shri Krishna Apartments, 39/A, Gultekadi, Pune, Maharashtra – 411037.

These Terms and Conditions (“Legal Terms”) govern your access to and use of all platforms, services, and digital properties operated under IMMA, including event and expo management platforms operated in association with third-party providers such as NxtEvents.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use such content without compensation. You retain ownership of your contributions.

7. Mobile Application Licence

If accessed via mobile applications, usage is governed by a limited, revocable licence and subject to third-party app store terms.

8. Third-Party Websites and Content

We are not responsible for third-party websites or content accessed through the Services. Any interaction with third parties is at your own risk.

9. Advertisers

Advertisements displayed on the Services are provided by third parties. We do not endorse advertiser products or services.

10. Services Management

We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services to ensure compliance with these Legal Terms.
